Important

The Initial Clean is designed to establish a clean baseline for ongoing maintenance.

It is not intended to remove permanent staining, damaged surfaces, heavily ingrained grime, excessive mould, or conditions requiring specialist cleaning.

If your home requires a more extensive reset than can reasonably be completed within an Initial Clean, we may recommend our Refresh & Reset service instead.

Once the Initial Clean has been completed, your chosen recurring service will focus on maintaining this standard, rather than repeatedly bringing the home back to this baseline.

Our Freshen Up Clean is designed for homes that have already completed an Initial Clean and need regular upkeep.

Your cleaner will focus on the areas that have the most impact on the overall feel of your home particularly kitchens, bathrooms, floors and frequently used living areas.

This service is ideal for weekly or fortnightly clients who want their home consistently maintained without requiring a detailed clean at every visit.

Typically includes:

• Wiping kitchen surfaces and sink

• Cleaning exterior of frequently used appliances

• Cleaning toilets, shower/bath, basin and mirrors

• Dusting reachable surfaces

• Vacuuming floors and rugs

• Mopping hard floors

• General tidying of living areas

• High touch areas as required

Our Alignment Maintenance Clean is designed for homes that benefit from additional time and attention during each recurring visit.

Following your Initial Clean, this service allows our team to spend more time on detailed kitchen and bathroom cleaning, surfaces and areas that require more regular attention, while still maintaining the rest of the home.

It is ideal for clients who prefer a more thorough level of ongoing maintenance or homes with higher levels of daily use.

Typically includes:

• Cleaning and sanitising kitchen surfaces and sink

• Cleaning exterior of appliances

• Wiping cupboard and drawer exteriors

• Detailed bathroom deep cleaning

• Cleaning shower edges and bathroom drains

• Dusting furniture and reachable surfaces

Our Refresh & Reset Clean is designed for homes that require more time and attention than a standard maintenance clean. This service allows our team to focus on areas that have built up dust, grime, pet hair, or heavy use, bringing your home back to a clean and manageable baseline.

With additional time allocated, your cleaner can work more thoroughly through kitchens, bathrooms, living spaces and detailed surfaces to restore the overall cleanliness of the home.

Typically includes:

• Detailed deep scrubbing, cleaning and sanitising of kitchen surfaces and sink

• Detailed deep scrubbing & cleaning stovetop and exterior of appliances (microwave, dishwasher, fridge exterior)

• Wiping & detailing cupboards, drawer fronts and cabinet handles

• Degreasing & detailing splash back and cleaning range hood exterior and vents

• Detailed bathroom deep clean (toilet, shower/bath, basin, tiles & mirrors)

• Treating and removing mould, mildew and urine odour from shower tiles and grout where present

• Cleaning shower edges, grout, drains and built-up soap residue

• Thorough dusting & wiping furniture, shelves and reachable surfaces

• Wiping window sills, skirting boards and high-touch areas

• Removal of cobwebs and high dusting where reachable
